free writing-traffic rules for elder

I ride motorbike to school every day,I don't ride speed too high,and I don't ride red light. But even I follow every traffic rules,there is still very dangerous.I see many elder drive car speed too high,and they seldom stop after the red light,hey pass away as they think it is safe.that may cause terrible accident.elder's eye sight become weaker,their safety is not safe enough,many time when I see they do the dangerous thing,I think maybe they need to test for their drive licence again,the day they have pass the drive licence ,their physical condition was very good,but today they can't do the same thing as they was young,if they keep not follow the traffic rule,not only their life are in dagerous,but also other people's life are in dangerous too.
